That's right-it's that time of year again! Sign up for Pirates' Day and Commodore's Cup is starting tomorrow (theoretically, providing the buttons on the register are ready).
Things are being done a little differently this year, so please keep reading...
Pirates' Day is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
NEW THIS YEAR-People can sign up for Pirates' Day and Commodore's Cup at the SAME TIME for a discounted price! $70 for members and $80 for non-members. It's a great way to save money on the two biggest social events of the year!
ALSO NEW THIS YEAR-We don't have paper forms anymore! Horray! All sign-ups must be recorded in the Google Doc in the odrstaff@gmail.com account (which will be shared with the OPO). There is a separate page for each boat! If a person doesn't have a boat preference, but wants to be on a team, randomly assign them. Otherwise if they have no preference, put them on the spectator boat list.
BE SURE TO INITIAL IN THE ODR STAFF COLUMN OF THE SPREADSHEET FOR EVERY PERSON YOU SIGN UP!
IF THE PERSON SIGNING UP IS NOT A MEMBER, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER!! These are in the maroon binder.
LOOK UP EVERY PERSON WHO SAYS THEY ARE A MEMBER ON THE LESSONS SITE (under 'find another user')!!
